The hotel has a great location near the city center and Sapporo JR station, making it convenient to visit nearby attractions. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious, perfect for a relaxing stay. The service is friendly and breakfast is reasonably priced. You can also find good quality bakeries and restaurants in the area, making it easy to satisfy your cravings.
The lack of a view from the room might be disappointing for some guests.

Great location, close to the bustling city’s hotspot and easy access to public transportation. The room was clean, well-decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile.
Although the bathroom was clean and well-equipped, it was a bit small and cramped. the breakfast options were limited, and the restaurant was a bit crowded during peak hours.

Our romantic escape was made perfect thanks to the clean and cozy room, and the fantastic hot spring that helped us unwind after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's strategic location near the train station and the clock tower made getting around very easy. Plus, the nearby restaurant options were varied and delicious.
Although the hotel was quite expensive, the breakfast left something to be desired and didn't quite hit the mark. We also found that the room was a bit smaller than expected, which made it feel a bit cramped for us during our romantic stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sapporo. the location was fantastic - it was so close to the city center and the JR station, making it convenient to explore the area. Secondly, the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities I needed, including free internet access. Lastly, the public bath facilities were a great addition, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. I particularly enjoyed the Japanese style bath in the basement, which was a unique experience.
Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints at all.
